Black Cinema Network Merges With Visionary Entertainment Group

Visionary Entertainment Group (VEG) and Black Cinema Network have entered into an agreement to merge their DVD label and film production businesses, operating under the name Vision Black Home Entertainment. Vision Black will continue to release and build upon BCN's decade and commitment to urban independent film productions.


Vision Black Home Entertainment (formerly Visionary Entertainment Group) was formed by Will Conley in 2000. Conley entered the Home Entertainment business in 1995 as COO of Bowe Home Video. In the last 8 years, VB has transitioned to a leading studio for urban programming on DVD. Labels on VB’s roster include Azure Entertainment, Ebony Kids, Urbvision, Conkidz Entertainment, Mediacomm, and many more. Since 2000, VB has released over 250 titles. A full service media company to develop, produce and distribute urban themed feature length films, documentaries and animation to home video and television outlets throughout the world.


Much of Vision Black Home Entertainment (formerly Visionary Entertainment Group) products can be found in major retail and rental outlets such as Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video as well as Walmart, Suncoast Motion Picture Company, Best Buy and many others. You can find the VB logo of films aired on Black Entertainment Television (BET), Stars/Encore and on the Urban Independent Cinema Network.
